.... and happy baby. I was near a melting point today. Sophia was having such a hard time eating. First thought it was the poop probs, and it continued on. She also has a small cold, which is making her a little fussy, which is very unlike her (sidenote: two of the babies she traveled with have chicken pox, so we're waiting for the signs).
Anyway, we went back to the Friendship Store and bought a bunch of different bottles to see if another would work. Lo and behold, the Pigeon brand worked like a peach (pun intended). The result was a distended stomach from consuming 330ml in one sitting and a happy baby... see below.
So glad you guys are finding your way. She looks so beautiful in the dress we gave her! Love that. When do you come home? How's Christi feeling?
Posted by: joni at June 3, 2004 09:03 AMHi Chris,
Glad to hear that you are dealing well with the basics. No more high level philosophical conversations, as the more base tangibles evolve into ever more important aspects. Kind of like how me might discuss the advantages of a Sierra Nevada as opposed to a Corona ¡K
But, I digress.
Christi is still in holding pattern. All well here. Off to the Friendship Store to buy more of the bottles she likes....
JC, debating the virtues of beer is still an important topic to me... just a few more things ahead of it now. Best to Laura.
Posted by: Christofu at June 3, 2004 11:11 PMjust checking in and glad to see everything is going well. i will convince shane and pete to raise a glass in the name of your beautiful daughter. do you really think i will need to convince them? city life is good, but i did feel the need to visit hq last friday and md, benjo, and i fired up a run and talked some smack about you. ha-ha, some things never change. enjoy the rest of your stay and looking forward to hearing news of #2.
Posted by: j-lo at June 3, 2004 11:36 PMChris,
well put that certain debates move up and down the continuum of ultimate importance, but remain nevertheless!
So happy that all is going well and that your 2nd pair of hands is there to assist in Christi's absence. Family is a wonderful thing to have. Laura sends her to love to all of you there and to Christi in Mill Valley.
